J & M Auto Service is looking for a hands-on leader to guide our front‑of‑house team at one of our established repair facilities. You will coach Service Advisors, work closely with the Shop Foreman, help customers, and keep the shop performing at a high level.

• Lead, coach, and hold Service Advisors accountable.
• Manage a portion of daily repair orders and support customers when needed.
• Partner with the Shop Foreman to maintain efficient workflow and technician productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including gross profit, average repair order, and overall shop results.
• Deliver clear communication, timely follow‑up, and an exceptional customer experience.
• Provide and participate in ongoing in‑house and remote training.
• Keep J & M’s culture, standards, and processes consistent every day.

• Automotive service leadership or strong Service Advisor experience.
• A proven ability to coach people, serve customers, and achieve results.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow‑through.
• A working leader who brings confidence, urgency, integrity, and accountability.
