As a
Commercial Playground & Recreation Sales Estimator
, you can help lead the charge to restore active play areas throughout South Dakota.
We’re interested in high-performing candidates with industry experience and top-notch people skills, who can build professional relationships with customers and community stakeholders and work collaboratively with team members.
Responsibilities
- Estimate and submit proposals for products and project installation within assigned territory.
- Interpret blueprints, scope takeoffs, prepare estimates and proposals.
- Following each sale, continue to work with customers to provide all submittals and change orders for changes in scope.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, field superintendents, and installation crews to see projects through to completion.
- Be able to work thru submittals and architectural specifications.
- Provide accurate cost estimations within budget and schedule.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction and/or playground industry.
- Understands and can perform all aspects of the estimation and proposal process.
- Strong verbal, social and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and develop positive working relationships with customers and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Estimating background required.
- $70,000 - $80,000 annual base salary + bonus
