Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with questions regarding policies and coverage
- Provide friendly, accurate, and timely customer support
- Coordinate with team members to ensure excellent service
- Maintain organized and accurate client information
- Insurance experience preferred, but not required
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Confidence in answering customer questions and providing clear solutions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also thriving in a team-oriented environment
