• Operate CNC machines to cut and shape custom cabinetry components according to specifications
• Program CNC machines to optimize cutting and shaping processes
• Inspect finished pieces to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines as needed
• Collaborate with Cabinet Builders and Cabinet Makers to ensure smooth production processes

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a custom cabinetry or woodworking environment
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes
• Attention to detail and precision in all work tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of cabinetry construction techniques and materials
