Avelecare seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide medical care to residents in the Senior Care program under physician supervision. You will perform assessments, treatment planning, and care coordination for geriatric patients.
The role requires an accredited NP program graduate with a Master’s or Doctorate in nursing, active state NP license, and DEA certification as applicable. Night shifts and some weekends/holidays are required, PRN schedule.
