The Role:Fence Crew Foreman
This is a frontline leadership position.
You don’t just install fence.
You own the job.
You will:
- Lead your crew from job kickoff to completion
- Plan execution, manpower, equipment, and timing
- Set the daily pace and standard
- Communicate clearly with customers
- Assist to train and develop installers
- Enforce safety and quality expectations
- Complete all required documentation
- Protect productivity (85%+ efficiency standard)

- 1+ year fencing experience OR 2+ years in construction/trades
- Strong equipment and tool proficiency

Compensation$28 – $38+ per hour (based on experience)

Physical & Educational Requirements- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable standing, walking, climbing, kneeling throughout the day
- Strong physical stamina
