• Assist in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing RV units, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Inspect units for customer sales and ensure all components meet quality standards.
• Learn and execute the "Get Ready" procedure and customer orientation.
• Assist with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of RV systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Help install accessories and aftermarket parts.
• Document completed work accurately and assist with service records.
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures while working with power tools and hazardous materials.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding progress or issues with repairs.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on RV systems and service practices.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to quality work.
• Possession of a personal set of tools.
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods.
• Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs with an assistive device.
• Comfortable working in heat, cold, dust, and loud noise environments.
• Flexibility with work schedules, including Saturdays; closed on Sundays.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
