Summary
The A & R Coordinator collects, analyzes, and organizes data and submits reports for FIELD’s EPIC, CTE and ESL programs. The coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with deadlines and handling confidential student information. The role requires working in a team‑oriented environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Enter all collected CASAS data into the Enterprise TOPSPro database every quarter.
- Collect and manage assessment data from all learning centers.
- Generate assessment and other reports for Student Services Coordinators and management.
- Ensure data is collected appropriately and meets all legal and ethical standards for personal information.
- Assist in the recruitment and orientation activities for programs.
- Enter and score student tests, assessments and evaluations.
- Facilitate communication with other staff about deadlines, mandatory CASAS paperwork and other student information.
- Track the beginning and end of classes and inform staff when assessments apply, including timing for testing.
- Use AERIES, a student information system, to track student attendance.
- Track high school graduates with respect to assessments, funding requirements and measures of student success through TOPSPro database.
- Receive and file copies of high school diplomas in students’ records.
- Anticipate problems, actively communicate needs, and suggest solutions to provide strong student support.
- Report weekly and monthly activity reports to Supervisor.
- Manage and maintain physical and electronic student files in a central, organized manner.
- Maintain productive working relationships with external community organizations.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high‑paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Ability to exercise considerable tact and courtesy with the public.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite software.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- AA degree or some college experience preferred.
- At least two (2) years of related experience preferred.
- Must have a valid driver license and personal automobile insurance.
- Must be able to travel as needed/required.
- Traveling up to 25% required.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands include using hands, sitting at a desk, standing, reaching, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally. Specific vision abilities required include close vision. Prolonged sitting at a desk and computer use is expected.
Work EnvironmentProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required.
