Physical Therapist (PT)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients to assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
  • Assist patients in restoring function following injury, surgery, or illness.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote patient independence and improve overall quality of life through rehabilitation services.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
