American Traveler is hiring an experienced ER RN with a CA RN license, EPIC experience, and ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications for an evening shift position.
Details- Work in a hospital Emergency Department
- Evening shift, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, with 36 or 48-hour schedules
- Start times may vary between 11am, 1pm, or 3pm
- EPIC experience required
- Active CA RN license required
- BLS certification from an approved vendor required
- ACLS (AHA or ARC) required
- PALS (AHA or ARC) required
- NRP or NALS (AHA or ARC) required
- Minimum 3 years of recent ER specialty experience required
- BSN and acute care facility experience preferred
- No prior adverse licensure actions permitted
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients following established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct nursing staff while coordinating care across disciplines
- Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnosis and care plans
- Implement care plans, coordinate delivery, and promote a safe healing environment
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure safe, humane, and caring treatment
- Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning
- Delegate tasks appropriately and coordinate duties among healthcare team members
- Required vaccinations are a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered
- Accepts local candidates with no radius rule and local rates matching travel rates
