• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
• Complete apartment turns and make‑ready work
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems and maintenance issues
• Handle carpentry, drywall, painting, and glass replacement as needed
• Complete daily work orders efficiently and professionally
• Participate in preventative maintenance programs
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
• Assist with additional maintenance projects as assigned

• Must have your own maintenance tools (required)
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Safely use maintenance equipment, tools, and protective gear
