Job Position:
Well Pump & Plumbing Service Technician

Shelby Pumps & Well Service Inc. is seeking an experienced plumber with electrical knowledge to join our team.

We’re looking for a dependable, skilled, safety-minded professional who can work independently in the field.

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in residential and commercial plumbing

* Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting experience

* Experience with pumps, pressure systems, wells, water filtrations and water systems is a major plus

* Ability to diagnose problems and develop practical solutions

* Proficiency with hand and power tools

* Valid driver’s license and good driving record

* Professionalism, dependability, and strong customer service skills

* Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks

What You’ll Do

* Diagnose and repair plumbing and water-system issues

* Install, service, and troubleshoot pumps and related equipment

* Perform electrical troubleshooting for pumps and water systems

* Communicate professionally with customers

* Complete work safely, efficiently, and accurately

Experience with well pumps, water filtration and well systems is highly preferred.

Tehachapi and Kern County

We’re looking for a dependable Well Pump & Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on field position working with residential wells, pumps, pressure systems, plumbing and electrical/mechanical components.

Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person who has strong mechanical ability, a good work ethic and a willingness to learn.

We value honest communication, quality workmanship, reliable service and treating customers and their property with respect.

Pay: $22–$40/hour depending on experience and qualifications.
