AboutThe Role
We are looking for bubbly, enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our ever-expanding Trackman range team at The Shropshire. We come equipped with a 28‑bay floodlit driving range and bar area serving food and drinks all day, 7 days a week.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, maintain and operate our 28-bay, floodlit Trackman driving range
- Serve food & drinks from the bar area—maximising service quality and upsell opportunities
- Greet guests on arrival and ensure every bay visit is fun, safe and memorable
- Run opening/closing procedures in an over‑covered outdoor setting
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Bubbly, enthusiastic and confident—you love meeting new people
- A natural host—warm, welcoming and always on hand to assist
- Tech‑savvy enough to explain Trackman’s shot‑tracking features and ball packages
- Happy getting stuck into hands‑on range work (from bay screens to ball baskets)
