Fuel Recruitment is urgently seeking experienced RAN Commissioners to support installation and commissioning activities for major telecom projects across the UK. This role is critical for ensuring high-quality deployment of mobile network infrastructure.

As a RAN Commissioner, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of Nokia and Ericsson base stations. You will work in a field-based capacity, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with safety standards, and exceptional service quality. • ✓ Perform installation and commissioning of RAN equipment (Nokia & Ericsson).
• ✓ Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
• ✓ Conduct site acceptance testing and troubleshooting.
• ✓ Maintain accurate documentation of installation and commissioning activities.
• ✓ Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical issues promptly.

• ✓ Demonstrable experience in installation and commissioning of RAN equipment.
• ✓ Hands-on experience with Nokia and Ericsson base stations (desirable).
• ✓ Strong understanding of mobile network architecture and RF principles.
• ✓ Ability to work independently in field-based environments.
• ✓ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• ✓ Familiarity with multi-vendor environments.
• ✓ Knowledge of health and safety standards for telecom sites.
• ✓ Experience with troubleshooting tools and commissioning software.
