We’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on individual to join us as a Plasterer Apprentice — someone who’s ready to learn, grow, and help keep our homes safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

• Get stuck into real work alongside experienced tradespeople
• Learn core skills in plastering
• Support maintenance work in both occupied and empty properties
• Deliver excellent customer service while learning on the job
• Keep our homes looking great inside and out — and build skills for life

• GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 3 (D) or above (or equivalent), or a willingness to work towards Functional Skills as part of the apprenticeship
• A positive, can‑do attitude and a willingness to learn
• Good communication and a team mindset
• Reliability and a real sense of pride in your work
• A passion for helping people and solving problems
• Ideally working towards a full UK driving licence
• The ability to travel to Dudley College one day a week
