We're looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join us as a Plasterer Apprentice — someone who’s ready to learn, grow, and help keep our homes safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

What You’ll Do:

Get stuck into real work alongside experienced tradespeople

Learn core skills in plastering

Support maintenance work in both occupied and empty properties

Deliver excellent customer service while learning on the jobKeep our homes looking great inside and out — and build skills for life

What You’ll Gain:

What We’re Looking For:

GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 3 (D) or above (or equivalent), or a willingness to work towards Functional Skills as part of the apprenticeship

A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

Good communication and a team mindset

Reliability and a real sense of pride in your work

A passion for helping people and solving problems

Ideally working towards a full UK driving licence

The ability to travel to Dudley College one day a week

We can offer youA comprehensive induction programme with excellent learning opportunities; with mandatory and specialist training available. We can offer 25 days holiday (increasing with each year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days), bank holidays and three concessionary days over the Christmas period.
