£50,000 - £53,000+ Door-to-Door (Higher for CO₂ & Ammonia Experience)
We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing and well-established engineering team covering the Birmingham region.
This role will primarily focus on industrial and commercial refrigeration systems, with a strong emphasis on CO₂ refrigeration. Ammonia experience would be highly advantageous but is not essential, as we are keen to speak with engineers who have solid CO₂ knowledge and are looking to further develop their skillset.

The Role  
Service, maintenance and repair of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
Working on CO₂ refrigeration plant across a variety of customer sites
Fault finding, diagnostics and reactive breakdown attendance
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Participation in the on-call rota (currently 1 in 4, expected to improve as the team grows)
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard  Requirements  
Proven refrigeration service and maintenance experience
Strong CO₂ refrigeration knowledge and experience
Valid F-Gas qualification
Full UK driving licence
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Ammonia experience and/or qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential  Package  
£50,000 - £53,000 (based on experience)
Higher salaries available for engineers with both CO₂ and ammonia experience
40-hour week
Door-to-door pay
£225 standby payment per week
