Salary Range: £39,337.25 to £45,819.68 per annum;

We are looking for a multiskilled Heating Engineer to join our team. Are you someone who can deliver a high-quality heating system maintenance to our tenants and care homes? Do you have knowledge and experience of installation of boilers and heating systems or do you have knowledge of compliance testing and repairs, incorporating a range of different fuel types including but not limited to domestic gas, oil and solid fuel?
- Service a range of fuel-burning appliances, boilers, water heaters, unvented cylinders and gas fires in accordance with current regulations (within your competency).
- Repair and maintain central heating systems, boilers and gas fires, including wiring, and controls.
- Replace heating and hot water appliances, pipework, and associated fixtures and fittings when necessary.
- Complete appropriate paperwork, labels and forms both paper and computer records associated with the work undertaken.
- Manage van stock and replenishments in an effective and efficient way and manage stock from authorised suppliers, materials required to undertake works through the approved order system.

- Completion of ACS or ACOPS assessment.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Three years post qualification experience in a gas environment is desirable and familiarisation of a range of gas central heating systems is essential.
- Basic DBS Check.
