We're recruiting for a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer (HVAC) to join a well-established business delivering maintenance services across a major UK supermarket contract. Covering retail sites across the Telford area, you'll carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of commercial heating and HVAC equipment.

• Servicing and repairing commercial gas systems
• Maintaining boilers, pumps, fans, AHUs and FCUs
• Fault finding and reactive breakdown repairs
• Carrying out planned maintenance and inspections
• Minor mechanical installations and alterations
• Identifying non-repairable faults and recommending replacements
• Ordering replacement parts where required
• Providing excellent customer service across multiple sites

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heating, Mechanical or HVAC
• Current Commercial Gas ACS qualifications including:
• COCN
• CIGA
• CORT
• ICPN
• CDGA
• TPCP1/1A
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience within commercial building maintenance or retail environments

• Domestic ACS qualifications
• F-Gas Category 1
• 18th Edition
• Experience using handheld/PDA systems

You’ll also be happy to participate in a 1 in 4 on-call rota.
