ATTC Manufacturing seeks a Process Engineer to optimize high-volume machining and assembly for precision brake and powertrain components. In this Automotive Engineering & Design role, you will develop and improve manufacturing processes, specify tooling and fixtures, analyze production data, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and throughput. Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to launch new products, implement standardized work, and solve chronic issues.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize machining and assembly processes for safety, quality, and efficiency
- Develop process documentation, standardized work, and work instructions
- Specify and implement tooling, fixtures, gauges, and process equipment
- Lead continuous improvement projects using lean and Six Sigma tools
- Support new product and process launches, including PPAP and run-at-rate
- Monitor production data (scrap, downtime, cycle time) and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve chronic issues
- Participate in PFMEA, control plan development, and problem-solving (8
- D, root cause)
- Support training of operators and technicians on new or updated processes
- Ensure compliance with customer, IATF 16949, and safety requirements
