Trilogy Health Services - - - Responsibilities:
Assist AL residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility);
Monitor and document vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature) as directed by supervising nursing staff;
Provide companionship and emotional support to AL residents;
Assist AL residents during mealtimes, including serving food and ensuring dietary needs are met;
Help with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and safety protocols
