We are seeking an RN or LPN to provide skilled one-on-one nursing care for a medically complex patient located in Tell City, Indiana
. The patient requires advanced nursing care including:

• Tracheostomy care
• Mechanical ventilator management
• Gastrostomy tube (G-tube) feedings and medication administration
• Respiratory assessments and airway management
• Routine skilled nursing assessments and monitoring

This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy developing long-term relationships with patients and providing high-quality care in a low patient-to-nurse ratio environment.

As a private duty nurse, you'll provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home while working closely with the family and interdisciplinary team.

• Provide personalized one-on-one nursing care
• Perform tracheostomy care, suctioning, and ventilator management
• Administer enteral feedings, medications, and treatments through a G‑tube
• Monitor respiratory status, vital signs, and overall patient condition
• Identify changes in condition and communicate with physicians and the clinical team
• Coordinate care plans with physicians, therapists, and clinical leadership
• Educate and support caregivers on home care techniques
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation using our electronic medical record (EMR)
• Participate in case conferences and collaborate with your Clinical Supervisor
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic home environment

• Current Indiana RN or LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, or G‑tube patients preferred (training available for qualified candidates)
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care
• Reliable transportation
