Accounting Operations Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Operations Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Temecula, CA. The Accounting Operations Analyst will help maintain accurate financial records, support reconciliations, assist with close activities, and contribute to stronger accounting processes across banking, accounts payable, payroll, reporting, and general accounting operations. • Maintain and reconcile financial and banking accounts to support accurate accounting records.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Support reporting, vendor communication, discrepancy research, and issue resolution.
• Develop, update, and standardize SOPs, training guides, manuals, and process documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and refresher training for accounting team members.
• Cross-train across accounting, banking, accounts payable, payroll, and reporting to provide departmental coverage as needed.
