We a seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a non-profit organization in Pauma Valley, CA to support their office operations.

Temp to Hire, $22-$23/hr DOE
Part-Time: 25 hours per week

Schedule:

Monday & Friday 8-4, Tuesday & Thursday 9-2, & Wednesday off

Duties:

-Manage calendar appointments and schedule meetings for team members

-Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

-Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records

-Utilize Quick Books for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping

-Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity

-Handle clerical duties such as data entry, correspondence, and office management tasks
Provide bilingual support as needed to facilitate communication with clients or partners

-Operate phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

-Proficiency in Quick Books, a plus
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading capabilities

-Familiarity with office management procedures and clerical tasks
-Bilingual in Spanish, a plus
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
