AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN - COME WORK WHERE YOU’RE APPRECIATED
Temecula Auto Repair & Transmission | Temecula, CA
If you’re an experienced Automotive Technician who takes pride in your work, you shouldn’t feel like just another set of hands in the shop.
You shouldn’t have to wonder whether your hard work is noticed. And you shouldn’t have to spend your career somewhere that only talks about numbers, productivity, and getting the next car out the door.
At Temecula Auto Repair & Transmission, we believe great Technicians deserve something better.
We’re building a workplace where talented people are respected, appreciated, supported, and given the opportunity to grow. We believe the people who make a business successful should know how much they matter.
A Different Kind of Shop CultureWe’ve been serving the Temecula Valley since 2003
, and we’ve built our reputation around a simple principle:
Treat people the way you would want to be treated.
That applies to our clients - but it applies just as strongly to our team.
Automotive repair is demanding work. It requires knowledge, patience, problem-solving ability, physical effort, and years of experience that cannot be replaced by a scan tool or a You Tube video.
We respect that.
We want our Technicians to come to work knowing their skills matter, their opinions matter, and their contributions are recognized. We’re not interested in creating a revolving door of employees.
We want to build a team.
A team of people who enjoy working together, take pride in doing things correctly, help one another when needed, and want to build something they can be proud to be part of.
More Than Fixing CarsYes, we repair cars. But what we really do is help people. Every vehicle in your bay belongs to someone who depends on it to get to work, take their kids to school, visit family, run their business, or simply live their life. That makes the work we do important.
Our Technicians play a huge role in earning the trust our clients place in us. Your ability to inspect, test, diagnose, repair, and verify a vehicle properly directly affects that relationship.
We want Technicians who care about getting it right - and we want to give those Technicians a workplace that cares about them in return.
