We Play Without Limits, Ignite Innovation, Grow Together, Fuel Joy, and Serve Big, Give Bigger.

WHO YOU ARE

Team Lead is a hands‑on, early‑leadership role for high‑potential individuals who step up, show up, and help keep the park running strong. You will rotate through key operational areas—Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities—gaining real responsibility and leadership experience. When senior leaders aren’t on‑site, you’ll act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and maintain operational excellence.

HOW YOU BRING OUR MISSION TO LIFE

Leadership & Operations

  • Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are absent, ensuring safety compliance and team accountability.
  • Coaching, supporting, and delegating to team members across all departments.
  • Step into any operational area as needed to maintain guest experience and operational flow.
  • Communicate guest issues, operational challenges, and safety concerns to the Management Team.

Guest Experience & Sales

  • Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
  • Create memorable guest interactions, model service excellence, and mentor team members.

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports.
  • Ensure all opening, closing, and shift procedures are executed consistently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness throughout the shift.
ROTATIONAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Sales & Service Lead
  • Drive front desk performance and membership sales.
  • Coach team members to maximize conversions.
Parties & Events Lead
  • Oversee execution of birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure operational consistency and guest delight from booking to completion.
F&B & Facilities Lead
  • Manage inventory and ordering of all café items.
  • Maintain health and safety standards per inspection guidelines.
  • Oversee maintenance of equipment, attractions, and cleanliness.
  • Lead facilities projects to elevate guest experience.

Part‑time Flex Lead (not available at all park locations) — Available primarily on weekends to drive service and engagement; rotates as needed to cover breaks and time off for other Leads.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
  • Age 18 or older.
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest‑facing roles, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.
  • Basic proficiency with technology, including POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Curiosity about how daily operations connect to the bigger picture.
  • A hands‑on, team‑first mindset with personal ownership and sound judgment.
  • Ability to move throughout all areas of the park and lift and carry a minimum of 20 pounds as needed.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

Team Leads are future leaders in training. You help create a positive park culture by showing up with energy, integrity, and care. You set the tone for the team, support launch operations in real‑time, and step into leadership moments that help everyone succeed. If you’re ready to make an impact, grow your skills, and lead with heart, we’d love to have you on the team.
