Sr. Superintendent - Water​/Wastewater

Job Details

Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year

• Oversee field execution of water and wastewater projects
• Direct and mentor crews, foremen, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• Manage daily reporting, manpower planning, and problem‑solving
• Serve as the primary on‑site leader for client and subcontractor relations

• 10+ years of underground pipe installation or water infrastructure construction
• Proven ability to lead large crews on complex projects
• Expertise in water/wastewater treatment plants, pipeline installation, or utility infrastructure preferred
• Strong safety and quality track record
