Victory Paving is seeking an experienced Asphalt Shovel Man / Laborer to join our paving crew. The role requires physical work and a strong work ethic to deliver smooth, professional results on every project.
You will shovel, spread, and finish hot asphalt, work with the crew and equipment operators, and help maintain a clean, safe jobsite. Valid CDL-A a plus; DMV clean record preferred, with reliable transportation.
