Victory Paving in Temecula, CA is seeking an experienced Asphalt Shovel Man / Laborer to join our crew. You will help lay and finish hot asphalt, supporting the paving machine operator and crew to achieve a smooth, level mat. We value reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work outdoors in hot conditions.
A valid driver's license and the ability to drive company trucks are required; CDL Class A is a plus. We offer competitive pay and benefits.
