Service Advisor — Temecula Valley Buick GMCWe're looking for an experienced Service Advisor for our drive in Temecula. If you've been running a busy lane and want a store with the volume to earn on and the schedule to have a life, read on.

The money. $9,000–$15,000/month plus commission. New advisors typically start in the $9–10K range. Our top performers clear $15K+ — the difference is CSI, hours per RO, and effective labor rate, not seniority. We'll walk you through the full pay plan in the first interview; no surprises after you're hired.

The schedule. Five days a week with rotating Saturdays — you are not here every Saturday. Closed Sundays.

The volume. 15–18 appointments a day plus walk-in traffic. If you're on a performance pay plan, that's the point: the traffic is here and there's real money on this drive.

What you'll actually do Write up customers, document concerns completely and accurately, and build a clean RO the tech can work from Translate technician findings into plain language — what's needed, why, what it costs, what can wait Present recommended work with honest priorities and get real approvals

Keep customers updated and hold to promised times

Work deals cleanly in Reynolds ERA-IGNITE and Advanced Service Suite What we're looking for Advisor experience on a busy drive — dealership preferred

Reynolds and Reynolds ERA-IGNITE experience is what we're after. If you're strong on another DMS and know the advisor role cold, tell us — we'll get you up to speed

Someone who can hold the pace without losing the customer relationship

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
