Salary Range: $28.00 To $32.00 Hourly
We are seeking a seasoned Treatment Coordinator to join our well-established dental practice in Temecula, Ca full-time (Monday - Friday)!
- $28 - $32/hour (depending on skills and experience)

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of dental treatment planning experience
, a proactive approach to maintaining a full schedule, and strong organizational and multitasking skills. Additionally, they should be able to carry out the listed responsibilities while fostering our practice’s culture and upholding our patient-first philosophy.

Responsibilities:- Patient Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, explaining proposed dental treatments and answering any questions related to HMO and PPO insurance coverage - Insurance Coordination:
Obtain breakdowns of dental benefits, ensuring patients understand their coverage and financial responsibilities
- Multitask efficiently by auditing and scanning patient charts.
- Assist patients with medical history updates and update contact info.
- Prepare digital charts for the next day’s appointments.
- Fill schedule gaps when openings occur.

- REQUIRED:
Minimum 3-5 years of dental office treatment coordination experience. - Advanced knowledge of dental terminology
- Knowledge of ADA codes and services.
- Familiarity with HMO and PPO insurance.
- Ability to create a positive patient experience.
