POSITION SUMMARY:
The Enrollment Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and personalized guidance to prospective and current students-as well as their families-throughout the enrollment and financial aid process. This fast-paced, goal-oriented role requires a dynamic, outgoing, and highly driven individual who is passionate about education and committed to student success. The advisor plays a key role in helping students navigate academic options, admissions procedures, and funding opportunities, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience from inquiry to enrollment.
You will be the face of our school for new families, ensuring a welcoming experience while achieving enrollment targets.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENROLLMENT ADVISOR:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospective students, families, and internal stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Previous experience in admissions, sales, or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve performance targets in a high-volume environment.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping students succeed and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, student information systems, and digital communication tools.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ENROLLMENT ADVISOR
As a School Enrollment Advisor, you will connect with prospective students and their families, helping them understand the admissions process and financial aid options available. You will lead campus tours, both in-person and virtually, showcasing the exciting programs and facilities that make Paul Mitchell Schools unique. You will stay up to date on financial aid eligibility, scholarships and compliance regulations to guide students through their funding options.
From responding to inquiries and updating CRM records to processing applications and organizing recruitment events, you will ensure every prospective student receives the information and support they need. You will be expected to work as a team to achieve enrollment goals.
