Education and/or

Experience:

An Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution is required; and experience working in an educational setting, particularly with high school students; knowledge of accessing and utilizing learning skills for core academic subjects taught in grades 9-12, including English, mathematics, science, and social studies; proficiency in using educational technology and computer-based learning tools; pass a local assessment of reading and math skills.

This Instructional Aide position provides academic assistance, mentorship, and tutoring to high school students in grades 9-12, focusing on helping students achieve academic success. This position plays a crucial role in supporting students' learning needs, promoting their academic growth, and fostering a positive educational environment.
