Applicant must possess a valid California Clear Single Subject Teaching Credential
- Science, Chemistry Authorization Prior online teaching experience preferred. Teaching experience with 9-12 highly desirable. Experience with Charter Schools a plus. All candidates must reside within Sacramento, Shasta, Tahoma, or Sutter Counties.

Teachers in the Connection Academy are responsible for student engagement in a distance learning environment. They will provide daily synchronous instruction, small group intervention, ELD instruction, conduct PLP meetings as assigned, manage the complete educational experience for each student, review student learning, create online portfolios, proctor assessments, create report cards, and assign grades.
