Full-Time DMS Instructor

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to sonography students at the associate level, combining both classroom theory and clinical guidance. The instructor plays a key role in student success, program development, and maintaining academic and accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities Instruction & Delivery Prepare and teach course material aligned with curriculum and accreditation standards Deliver engaging instruction using a variety of teaching methods Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional learning environment Student Support:
Provide academic guidance, tutoring, and mentorship Monitor student progress and communicate regularly on performance Participate in student engagement activities (orientation, events, career support) Program & Faculty
Collaboration:
Contribute to curriculum improvement and program development Participate in faculty meetings, advisory boards, and training initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally to support student outcomes Compliance & Administration:
Maintain accurate records (grades, attendance, advising) Ensure alignment with institutional and accreditation standards Qualifications
Required:
RDMS (ARDMS) certification (OB/GYN or Abdomen accepted) Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience Recent clinical experience within the last 2 years Strong communication skills and professional presence Preferred:
Associate degree or higher Prior teaching or training experience (not required) Additional credentials (RVT/RVS) Ideal Profile:
