* The employee must hold a valid CA Clear Multiple Subject Teaching Credential which includes CLAD/BCLAD certification.
* The employee must be willing to work with TK-8th grade students of varying ability levels and with varying educational needs.
* This assignment may include a Transitional Kindergarten (TK) student on the roster. Candidates must either hold appropriate authorization to teach TK or be willing to obtain the required Early Childhood Education (ECE) units to meet the eligibility criteria in accordance with state guidelines within 2 years of hire.

Experience with Springs Charter Schools or other charter schools preferred. Prior Homeschool teaching experience highly desirable.
* All candidates must reside within our service areas, including Riverside, Orange, San Diego, and San Bernardino Counties.

The Homeschool Education Specialist (ES) is the Teacher of Record and will work with students in grades TK-8. The ES collaborates with parent and students on goal setting, curriculum and lesson planning, administering assessments, monitoring progress, assigning grades and units, and completing all related documentation.
