Overview

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part-Time | Center-Based

• Location: Primarily center-based (occasional in-home services required)

• Pay: $22–$26/hour

• Benefits: Paid drive time, referral bonus program, and part-time benefits including Dental & Vision, Group Accident Insurance, and Hospital Indemnity coverage

• Requirements: Active RBT certification preferred (training available), hands‑on CPR certification required, reliable transportation, and willingness to provide in‑home services as needed

Provide in‑person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligible to test

• CPR (hands‑on, in‑class) certification (AHA) - Required

• Experience working with children

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation

• Valid Driver’s License or Driver’s Permit
