Overview
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part-Time | Center-Based
Location: Primarily center-based (occasional in-home services required)
Pay: $22–$26/hour
Benefits: Paid drive time, referral bonus program, and part-time benefits including Dental & Vision, Group Accident Insurance, and Hospital Indemnity coverage
Requirements: Active RBT certification preferred (training available), hands‑on CPR certification required, reliable transportation, and willingness to provide in‑home services as needed
Ideal Candidate: Passionate about working with children and families; ABA experience preferred but not required

Provide in‑person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.
QualificationsRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligible to test
CPR (hands‑on, in‑class) certification (AHA) - Required
Experience working with children
Must be at least 18 years old
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Valid Driver’s License or Driver’s Permit
