Job Description

This role requires all individuals on the team to hold one of the following current/active certifications:
California Certified Phlebotomy Technician 1 (CPT1), California Certified Phlebotomy Technician 2 (CPT2), California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), or California Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).

The position is truly part-time, with most shifts lasting between 4 to 6 hours a day, 3+ days per week, designed to fit your life.

The Role

Every day, donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.

How You Will Contribute
  • Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on our donors while ensuring the safety of donors and the team.
  • Screen new and repeat donors, take and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
  • Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
  • Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. and rarely up to 50 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
  • Due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level
    1), 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear.
  • One or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient‑facing role is helpful.
  • Current license or certification in the state where duties will be assigned: CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT.
Compensation and Benefits

Location:

USA - CA - Temecula
Hourly wage: $19.00, subject to state or local minimum wage requirements.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, well‑being benefits, up to 80 hours of sick time per year, and up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
