Responsibilities
Temecula Valley Hospital (TVH), part of Southwest Healthcare, brings advanced technology and patient-centered care to area residents. TVH features 140 private patient rooms; emergency care; advanced cardiac and stroke care; orthopedics; general and surgical specialties. TVH is nationally recognized for patient safety and has received multiple Leapfrog recognitions.
QualificationsEducation/Training/
Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years recent operating room experience as a Surgical Tech required
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience scrubbing for cardio-thoracic/coronary artery bypass surgery required
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Graduated from an accredited Operating Room Technician Program required
- National Surgical Technician certification, recommended
- Current BLS certification from American Heart Association required
