As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help build skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living.

Pay: $22 - $27 / hour ($500 sign on bonus for certified RBTs)

Schedule: Client sessions occur Monday - Friday between 3pm and 6pm

Training Schedule
:

• Training requires 8 consecutive business days of availability:
  Monday - Friday, followed by Monday-Wednesday of the next week
  .
• You may choose one of the following training schedules:
  • 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
    , with the final Wednesday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM
    , with the final Wednesday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
