• Pay Range: $70,304 - $89,434.15 per year.
  
  The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Fred Finch CARES provides comprehensive, innovative, effective services supporting children, youth, young adults, and families living with autism, neurodevelopmental disorders, mental health concerns, and histories of significant trauma and loss. Under general supervision, the Senior Behavior Specialist for Fred Finch Youth and Family Services/CARES (hereinafter FF) conducts comprehensive assessments to evaluate participants’ development level, behaviors, and skills; develops behavior intervention plans and treatment plan with specific and measurable goals for participants; implements therapeutic interventions, and provides ongoing support and guidance for participants, caregivers, and staff; assumes responsibility for developing and delivering training programs for behavioral health technical staff;

collaborates as part of a multidisciplinary team; and performs related duties as assigned.

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis, child development, psychology, or another related field.+

• Two (2) year experience providing behavioral health intervention services to developmentally delayed clients in a behavioral health setting.
• Working on collecting experience hours toward BCBA certification.

• Possession of a valid California Driver’s License, a satisfactory driving record, and a properly registered and insured vehicle, to be maintained throughout employment; minimum of two (2) years of driving experience; or the ability to obtain and maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) within ten (10) days of hire.
