Leoness Cellars in Temecula Valley is seeking a dynamic Tasting Room Manager to lead upscale tasting room operations, guest experiences, and membership services. You will manage staff, drive sales, coordinate events, and maintain inventory while ensuring compliance and exceptional hospitality.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of managerial winery experience, strong leadership and wine knowledge, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21+.
