Europa Village in Temecula, CA seeks a proactive Tasting Room Manager who embodies our core values and leads a guest-focused team. You will oversee daily tasting room operations, manage staff, schedules, and training, and drive wine and club sales while maintaining the winery’s ambiance.
You will collaborate with the Director of Tasting Rooms, deliver exceptional guest service, monitor inventory and POS accuracy, and develop relationships with guests and members.
