We are seeking an experience and visionary Food & Beverage Manager to lead our diverse F&B operations and elevate the winery resort experience.

The Food & Beverage Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations across the resort, including Restaurant and Culinary program and banquets/events. This individual will be tasked with maintaining the highest standards of service, driving financial performance and cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation.

• Strategic Leadership:
  Direct and supervised F&B team to deliver exceptional service across all venues.
• Operational Oversight:
  Manage daily operations of the restaurant, banquets and culinary programs.
• Financial Management:
  Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through upselling, pricing strategy and event growth.

  Hire, train, mentor and retain top talent across front and heart of house operations.
• Collaborate:
  Work closely with Executive Chef, and General Manger to align offerings with brand identity and seasonal programming.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality or resort environment.
• Deep knowledge of food, wine, and service excellence in both restaurant and banquet setting.
• Proven experience managing P&L and driving financial results
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing team.
• Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in winery or wine country setting preferred
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field a plus.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $ per year
