Temecula Valley Hospital (TVH), part of Southwest Healthcare, is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR initiatives, leave administration, data entry in the HRIS, onboarding, and employee relations. You will coordinate leave tracking, respond to disability/PFL claims, and assist with timely personnel actions and reports.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience, strong administration and communication skills, and familiarity with Kronos/Lawson.
