Responsibilities

  • Three to four (3-4) years’ experience providing IT Infrastructure field support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues without impacting hardware warranty or violating customer security compliance requirements.
  • Hands‑on experience installing, troubleshooting, and fixing desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals as well as desktop applications.
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups; ability to perform smart‑hand activities under instruction at sites.
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Skilled in desk side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows OS.
  • Experience with anti‑spyware and anti‑virus software.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
  • Smart‑hand support for peripheral and networking hardware (monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, multi‑port data termination panels).
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using deductive reasoning skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills with clients, management, and team members.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time.
  • Preferably holding an Associate’s Degree in Electronics and a CompTIA A+ Certification.
  • Knowledge and experience of ticketing tools (Service Now/Remedy, etc.).
  • Basic understanding and troubleshooting of Mobile Device Management systems (Airwatch, etc.).
  • Basic understanding and troubleshooting of VDI, SCCM/Lan Desk/Altris, Skype for Business, and One Drive.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to interact and work with customers at different levels.
  • Self‑driven and result‑oriented.
  • Passionate about the work.
Nice to Have
  • Basic understanding and troubleshooting of Apple devices and apps.
