Location:
onsite Thousand Oaks, CA OR Miami, FL (REMOTE only candidates ok, but last option)

Project Manager consultant needed to manage the ITSM requirements for a Service Now to Jira migration for Financial Services/Banking client. Prior work as Developer/Administrator for Jira (Required) and Service Now (Preferred) desired.
Must Haves:
4-yr Technical Degree
8+ yrs IT/Engineering xp
5+ yrs Designing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing JIRA, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM) environments.
2+ yrs Jira Administration (Configure spaces, permissions, templates, and page structures to enhance knowledge sharing and documentation)
- Completion of at least 1 project leading end-to-end migration from Service Now to Atlassian JIRA Service Management
- Preference given to candidates with Financial Services/Banking Domain xp
