Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000–$85,000 annually
. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and business needs.
Candidates with additional relevant experience, specialized technical expertise, or advanced qualifications may be considered for compensation outside of the posted range.

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing U.S. Field Applications team in Temecula, California. This role serves as a critical technical resource for customers, partners, and internal teams, supporting the deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Queclink's telematics, GPS tracking, and networking solutions.
This position is ideal for someone with approximately 2+ years of experience in technical support, field applications engineering, networking, telecommunications, or IoT technologies who enjoys solving problems, working directly with customers, and collaborating with global engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for Queclink hardware solutions, including GPS tracking devices, telematics products, and industrial networking equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, connectivity, and configuration issues through phone, email, and remote support tools.
- Reproduce customer environments and perform testing to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Serve as a technical liaison between customers, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
- Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and deployment best practices.
- Support proof-of-concept projects, technical evaluations, and customer onboarding activities.
- Document troubleshooting processes, solutions, and technical knowledge for internal and customer use.
- Conduct customer training sessions and product demonstrations as needed.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to help improve product performance and customer experience.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites, industry events, or company meetings as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, field applications engineering, networking, telecommunications, IoT, or a related technical role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DHCP, VPNs, routers, and cellular communications.
- Experience supporting hardware, software, or connected device solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with telematics, GPS tracking, fleet management, IoT devices, or industrial networking solutions is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are a plus.
