We send our cleaning professionals out in teams of two or more—each led by a highly capable and organized Lead Cleaner who sets the standard for excellence.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Lead Cleaner to guide a team of two or more in delivering exceptional cleaning services. As the team lead, you’ll be responsible for ensuring quality control, communicating with clients, managing time efficiently, and mentoring your cleaning partner while performing hands‑on cleaning duties.

• Lead client cleaning appointments either solo or leading a team
• Oversee one or more Professional Cleaners at client or job sites
• Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and detailed cleaning
• Conduct final quality checks to ensure all work meets company standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during service visits
• Maintain accurate job records and report issues or client feedback to management
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are used properly and safely
• Coach and support the Professional Cleaner assigned to your team
• Drive company vehicle (if applicable) to and from job sites

• Prior cleaning experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively with team members
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if driving is required)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are a veteran owned residential and commercial cleaning company. We provide general maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleanup, move in/out cleaning, Airbnb housekeeping and event cleaning services.
