Field Technician

The Cleaning Squad is looking for a hands‑on, motivated Field Technician to join our expanding service team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in high-quality work, and are looking for a position where you can grow your skills and career, we’d love to meet you.

In this role, you will deliver top‑tier residential and commercial cleaning services, helping keep our clients’ properties clean, safe, and looking their best.

• Perform pressure washing of exterior surfaces (driveways, siding, patios)
• Provide interior and exterior window cleaning for homes and businesses
• Clean and maintain rain gutters and downspouts
• Conduct dryer vent cleanings to improve efficiency and safety
• Clean solar panels to maximize performance
• Use safe, effective methods for roof washing and soft washing
• Complete general interior and exterior cleaning tasks for residential, office, and commercial properties
• Operate cleaning equipment, tools, and safety gear
• Communicate with customers on-site in a professional, respectful manner
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures

• Experience in exterior cleaning, janitorial work, or a similar field is a plus—but not required
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, roofs)
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and customer‑focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
